Hurt I am...

Father, lead me to depend on YOU!

Psalm 121 (NIV)

1 I lift up my eyes to the hills—
where does my help come from?

2 My help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

3 He will not let your foot slip—
he who watches over you will not slumber;

4 indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The LORD watches over you—
the LORD is your shade at your right hand;

6 the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.

7 The LORD will keep you from all harm—
he will watch over your life;

8 the LORD will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore.

Infants are very dependent on parents, adults, guardians, or whoever is responsible!
We were once infants before... or still are...

We needed help for every thing -- to feed, bathe, clothe, carry, protect, provide for, and comfort.
As we grow we struggle to find our independence.

We become less dependent on our parents or whoever is responsible for us.
But our loved ones assure us that they are there in case we need their help.

However, there will be times in life when they won't be able to be there for us,
but God will ALWAYS be there!

God desires for all of us to depend on Him.
Slowly they transfer our dependence to God instead.

As we grow, we understand how it is to be independent!
Life is hard!

I can't always count on my friends or certain people at times...
because in the end... they will ALWAYS put ME on shame or bring more problems!!!

I have been experiencing some interesting obstacles!
I don't know how to handle most of them.

ALL I KNOW IS THAT JESUS WILL NEVER PUT ME ON SHAME XD

He loves me very much, even when I am NOT even perfect!

Lord, You are the Maker of the Heaven and the Earth!
Where does my help come from?
It comes from You!
Please show me Your goodness and grace!!!

I want to be dependent on YOU only!
Nothing in this world matter, but YOU Father!

Father, lead me to depend on You!

  1. Hey,

    You wanted us to comment if we visited your blog. So I'm commenting. You seem to be a very strong Christian who isn't afraid to fully rely on God. Way cool!
